We’ll meet again to review the concept together, gathering your feedback and making any necessary changes to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your expectations. Once the concept is finalized, we transition seamlessly into the working drawings phase, preparing detailed plans to bring your project closer to reality
Plans
Once the concept design is finalised, we move into the working drawing phase, where the vision truly starts to take shape. During this stage, we prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation required for council approval and construction. These plans include all the specifics needed to ensure your project is built to the highest standards, from structural details to material specifications. By carefully crafting comprehensive working drawings, we ensure your project is ready for the next steps, whether it’s securing permits or breaking ground.
Consent
After the working drawings are complete, we handle the council consent process to make things as seamless as possible. We submit the plans to the council on your behalf, ensuring all documentation meets the required standards. If the council raises any RFIs (Requests for Information), we will address them promptly, keeping you informed throughout the process. Our goal is to maintain clear communication with the council and ensure your plans are approved for consent efficiently, so your project can move forward without unnecessary delays.
